Our Wedding Part III: Formals

Monday, October 8, 2012

I swear these are actually our friends.

Don't be fooled by how unbelievably good-looking they all are.  We didn't hold auditions, we actually know these people.

In all seriousness, we felt so blessed by the people who stood with us on our wedding day.  They have loved us, supported us, and prayed for us.  They are spread out across different states and continents, but for a couple of days we were able to bask in the joy that comes with being surrounded by all of your closest friends at once.

(Did I mention they are also hysterical?  Those aren't fake laughs, folks.  That's the kind of laughter that can only come from mildly inappropriate jokes.)

Without further ado, here are the rest of our "formal" pictures from the day.

(such a stud!)

These next pictures weren't exactly formal or posed.  I tend to get nervous pretty easily but Ty and I didn't want to see each other before the ceremony, so we opted to just pray together without seeing one another.  This was my favorite moment of the day.  It was so comforting to just have a private moment with Ty and to calm our nerves and refocus on God by thanking Him for the wonderful gift that He was blessing us with!
